Ingredients
  • Spring Greens - prewashed
  • Thin sliced red onion
  • Plump dried cranberries
  • Solid white Albacore Tuna in water, drained
  • Pepitas or sunflower seeds
  • Dash of dill weed
  • Fresh ground black pepper
  • Lemon(s) for the dressing
Instructions
  1. Combine all ingredients together and toss well.
  2. The lemon is the dressing so add as much as you like.
  3. A few shaves of fresh Parmesan are a great addition too.
  4. Enjoy!
